Building Our Client's Dream Home
After five years in the planning stages, our client approached J Taylor Build to bring her dream home in Kings Worthy to life.
We managed the project from start to finish, beginning with clearing the existing site and carrying out the complete construction of this three-bedroom, three-bathroom home through to the final landscaping.
The exterior was carefully designed to sit comfortably within its Winchester surroundings, using handmade Michelmersh bricks with traditional flint infills and materials selected to complement the area’s architectural heritage. The result is a distinctive new home that combines traditional materials and craftsmanship with everything our client wanted from a modern family home.

What our Client Said
“Joe and his wonderful team built my architect designed brick and flint new-build and I could not be happier with my new home. Throughout the whole process he was professional, trustworthy, friendly and reliable and made the whole experience as stress free as possible.
There were no nasty surprises and every stage was completed on time. Joe was happy to talk through any changes that I wanted to make and never gave me the impression that I was being annoying.
Five stars is not enough, I would have liked to have given 10.”
